Wastegate Valve

This traditional pressure regulator controls the turbocharger's boost pressure using a vacuum or pressure signal received from the engine. The diaphragm and spring force inside the housing are responsible for the mechanical movement of the Wastegate valve or VGT vanes. Thanks to its simple construction, it provides an extremely robust and reliable solution for older and simpler turbo systems. Replacing it restores the factory boost pressure setting.
